Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and technically driven Sales & Solutions Executive to help grow the Atlas Intelligence portfolio across key markets. This role combines strategic sales, solution design, and partner management, offering an opportunity to shape how organizations adopt and benefit from smart building technology.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience selling or delivering IoT, building automation, or smart infrastructure solutions, with a proven ability to connect technical value to business outcomes, particularly within the healthcare, commercial, or enterprise facilities sectors.

You will lead client engagements, manage vendor relationships, and guide projects from concept through implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:·

  • Drive sales and solution delivery across the Atlas portfolio (Pulse, OmniSense, SwiftTrack, SmartCores, and Advisory Services).·
  • Identify and develop opportunities within healthcare, commercial, and government markets.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients define strategy, align technology, and realize measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with vendor and technology partners to deliver integrated, high-value solutions.
  • Support project kickoffs, coordinating internal teams and partner deliverables.
  • Develop proposals, solution roadmaps, and ROI analyses that demonstrate business impact.
  • Stay ahead of market trends in IoT, building systems, and smart infrastructure technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years in technical sales, business development, or smart infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience selling or implementing solutions in healthcare, life sciences, or enterprise facilities.
  • Strong understanding of IoT, RTLS, building automation systems (BAS/BMS), or access control technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at both technical and executive levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology (or equivalent experience).
  • Building technology experience is a strong plus.
